Diagnostics and intervention in school learning areas

The learning platform Levumi is a research project of different universities and researchers, which aims on the one hand to deepen the research on learning progress diagnostics and on the other hand to offer a practicable online tool for school practice. The project is planned for the long term and the available tests and materials will be further developed and optimized in the coming years. For the area of arithmetic, Sven Anderson (Departments of SSB and EEIB) is currently conducting a close-meshed half-year longitudinal study in grades two and three as part of the third-party funded project DoProfiL and his dissertation work in order to derive comparative values for learning growth in the area of arithmetic in the number range up to 100, to examine a longitudinal validation of the content structure of the test and conditional factors of learning growth, taking into account support needs.
